What space services does Servicon offer?

As a leading commercial cleaning company, Servicon provides our space clients with a broad spectrum of advanced cleaning, supply, maintenance, and management services to meet every need for their complex, highly regulated environments.

They include the following spaces:

  • ISO Cleanrooms – critical areas where precision cleaning is paramount
  • CNC – controlled areas adjacent to GMP rooms and product storage
  • Common Areas – all other traffic and staff areas focusing on infection prevention and first point of entry containment
  • Warehouse – storage spaces that require elevated cleaning and infection prevention
  • Building Surround – building perimeter maintenance and cleaning to prevent dirt or debris from entering

We recognize that every facility has unique standards and regulations according to its industry. Some spaces are designated more critical than others; however, our diligent hiring process and customized training programs provide the right qualified technicians to fill every need.

What training do Servicon Cleaning Technicians receive?

Servicon vets and hires individuals who meet, exceed, and prosper in a ISO environment. All new employees begin an ongoing training program that helps them integrate into Servicon’s culture and standards while supporting their career goals. Successful candidates then receive focused training, a client-specific overview, and at least six hours of on-site training with the client before earning their credentials to clean ISO facilities.

What training do Servicon Maintenance Facility Technicians receive?

Our wide-ranging, intelligent facility maintenance solutions offer our space clients convenience and reassurance so they can concentrate on their top-priority processes. Servicon employs and trains highly qualified and experienced Facility Maintenance Technicians (FMTs) to specialize in critical and complex spaces.

So, rather than utilizing general facility maintenance trades, we vet, onboard, and hand-select only those who execute the highest maintenance standards through our meticulous in-house training programs before moving on-site to learn the client’s SOPs. Furthermore, Servicon’s Facility Maintenance Team oversees projects and supports you with the necessary staff for each site.

What is an ISO cleanroom, and what classifications does Servicon uphold?

An ISO cleanroom is a meticulously controlled environment with minimal airborne contaminants maintained through rigorous cleaning methods to meet ISO certification requirements. ISO classifications vary based on the cleanroom’s critical operations and FDA regulations, ranging from ISO 1 (highest purity) to ISO 9. These standards, established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), promote global quality, safety, and efficiency.

Servicon is dedicated to maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and compliance. We uphold client SOPs for critical cleanroom classifications from ISO 2 through ISO 9, following the ISO 14644-1 standard. Our commitment ensures that we meet the strictest industry standards, delivering unparalleled quality and precision for our clients.
