Spotlight: Mindfulness in Action

Elevating Everyday Well-Being on the Front Lines

In 2024, Servicon launched a six-week Mindfulness Pilot Program at a healthcare site to support frontline employees’ mental and emotional well-being. Led by kinetic behaviorist Erin Grady and inspired by Supervisor Ruben Muñoz, the program offered guided meditation and stress-relief techniques in English and Spanish, with flexible, on-demand access.

The sessions held in a serene on-site meditation garden helped employees reduce stress, improve focus, and reconnect with themselves, one mindful moment at a time. With growing participation and clear results, Servicon is exploring ways to bring this people-first initiative to more teams.

Community

Investing in Communities That Grow With Us

Empowering communities is central to Servicon’s mission and embedded in how we work. We support grassroots organizations, host charitable events, and create volunteer opportunities that make a meaningful difference in the places we live and serve. Our efforts focus on youth development, education, health and wellness, and environmental stewardship—especially in underserved neighborhoods.

We intentionally partner with local groups led by community members who know their neighborhoods best. These “small but mighty” organizations drive tangible progress, and we’re proud to walk alongside them. This people-first approach reflects our ESG values and belief that true change begins with listening, trust, and shared purpose.

Servicon Cares: Helping our Communities Thrive

Backing the Communities That Power Us

Launched in 2021, ServiconCares is our donor-advised fund created to uplift the communities that power our mission. Led by Gabby Mahdesian, the initiative partners with grassroots organizations in the neighborhoods where our employees live and work, offering support through grants, donations, and hands-on volunteer efforts that meet real needs.

Sustainability

Protecting the Planet, Together

Environmental responsibility is embedded in every level of our work—from sustainable cleaning practices and energy-efficient tools to thoughtful waste reduction and conservation efforts. This commitment to sustainability reaches beyond our operations, supporting healthier communities through local partnerships, education, and eco-driven initiatives that create effective and measurable change.

Sustainability Impact Priorities

Every improvement starts with intention. From sourcing lower-impact materials to partnering on innovative green programs, we focus on practical changes that reduce harm and create real value. Progress happens through shared commitment and the choices we make every day.

A Fleet Built for the Future

The shift to hybrid and electric vehicles continued in 2024, reducing emissions while supporting cleaner, more efficient transportation. As our fleet expands, we also improve driver habits to lower fuel use and prioritize safety. Every vehicle choice reflects our long-term commitment to operate responsibly, with performance and purpose working side by side.

Ethics & Integrity

We Lead With Trust

Trust is built into every aspect of our operation, from governance and legal oversight to leadership, hiring, and planning for the future. With frameworks like The Value of a Servicon Leader and data-informed strategy, we uphold transparency, human rights, and ethical business practices, partnering with organizations that reflect our commitment to doing what’s right.

Governance

Upholding Honest, Accountable Practices

Servicon’s Board of Directors and executive leadership team ensure ethical oversight, risk management, and ESG alignment through strong governance practices and transparent decision-making. In 2024, a company-wide policy overhaul enhanced consistency, accountability, and access, reinforcing our commitment to responsible leadership at every level.

Accountable ESG Leadership

Guided by both the Board of Directors and executive leadership, Servicon’s ESG strategy is shaped around purpose-driven priorities that reflect stakeholder needs and company values. The Board oversees reporting, monitors impact goals and KPIs, and evaluates ESG risks and opportunities to ensure long-term integrity, accountability, and cultural alignment.
