What is Branch?

The Branch App offers a digital account and debit Mastercard. Branch is backed by an FDIC-insured, free account from Evolve Bank & Trust. Servicon has partnered with Branch to give you access to 50% of your pay ahead of payday with a maximum of $1,000 per pay period.

You can spend funds from Branch using your account and routing number; with your virtual card that can connect to Apple Pay/Google Pay or be used for online purchases, or through the free physical Mastercard debit card. You can also transfer your Servicon payouts from your Branch account to another bank account.

How do I sign up for Branch?

How do I order my Branch debit Mastercard?

You can order your personalized debit card by tapping Order Card once you completed your registration. The card should arrive at your home address within 8-12 business days. While you wait for the physical card to arrive you can use your card digitally with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

How do I add my debit card to Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Adding your Branch debit card to Apple or Google Pay will allow you to make contactless purchases using your phone. To enable this feature, tap the 3 dots on the top right corner of the card displayed to open the Card Controls menu, then tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Pay. Follow the instructions from there and verify using the phone number on your account.

How much of my pay can I access through Instant Pay?

Servicon employees will have access to up to 50% of their earned gross wages at any time with a maximum of $1,000 per pay period.

Who can use Instant Pay?

All Servicon employees who have worked in the current week with approved hours.

How does Instant Pay work?

Requesting Instant Pay is fast and simple! After setting up your account, go to the Instant Pay tab, and you’ll see a dollar amount available for advance on the main screen. Click “Take Advance”, enter your desired amount, click “Continue”, follow the remaining steps to submit, and you’ll see the money appear in the Branch App. Once you see it there, it’s ready for you to use towards saving, sending, or spending— it’s your money now!

Will I ever be able to take more than 50% of my pay?

The ability to access up to 50% of your pay early with a maximum of $1,000 per pay period is available short-term tool to boost your cash flow when unexpected expenses occur. As a guard rail to make sure you’re on steady financial footing, the other 50% is reserved for the end of your pay cycle.

Who will not qualify for Instant Pay?

Employees who have not worked a shift during a given pay period.

What can I expect differently on pay days?

The only new change you will see is on your pay stub. If you use Instant Pay, you will see INSPAY on your stub as a deduction.

How do I transfer funds from my Branch account to an external account?

Click the Move Funds option in the Branch App to transfer funds from Branch to an external account. You can transfer funds instantly for a small fee ($2.99 for amounts under $25, $3.99 for amounts $25.01-$75, $4.99 for amounts over $75) by selecting the Debit card option, or you can transfer funds for free using the Another bank option. Free transfers process via ACH and take 3-5 business days.

Can I add other deposits to my Branch account?

Yes. Your Branch account is a bank account, so you can set up direct deposits from other companies using your account and routing number which are displayed in the app after signing up.

Which ATMs can I use for free?

Branch provides access to 8 free ATM transactions per month at 55,000+ ATMs in the All point Network. A $2 fee will apply per ATM transaction after 8 transactions until the next month. All point ATMs are conveniently found in popular retailers— places you already know, love and shop every day. You can find your closest All point ATM through the Move Funds menu in the app, or by clicking here.

How do I pay a bill using my Branch account?

The best way to pay your bills using your Branch account online is to provide your debit card number to your biller. If your biller does not support getting paid via debit card, then you may provide your Branch account and routing number to them.

What happens if I lose my Branch debit card?

If you believe your card is lost or stolen, we urge you to first lock the card. Open your Branch App, tap the 3 dots on the upper right corner of the white debit card and tap Lock Card. From there, you can select to order a replacement card. A new personalized card will be shipped to your home address within 8-12 business days.

How do Rewards work?

Earn cash back on every day spending with your Branch card at participating merchants ranging from local restaurants to online retailers. You’ll automatically collect cash back rewards after every purchase— watch your savings pile up month-long and collect the bounty at the end of each month. Go to the Rewards tab in the Branch App to find participating merchants and retailers.
