Servicon Supplier Diversity Policy Statement

3965 Landmark Street | Culver City, CA 90232

At Servicon, we believe in community empowerment and positive social impact. Recognizing the value diverse, small, and local suppliers bring to our organization and the broader economy, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive business environment and are dedicated to taking meaningful steps in this direction. We believe that when we work with small, local, and diverse suppliers it improves the entire business ecosystem in the communities where we live and work.

While we may be in the early stages of our supplier diversity program, we aspire to increase the number of diverse, small and local suppliers in our supply chain, creating mutually beneficial partnerships. We also aim to enhance our tracking and reporting system to measure our progress and establish partnerships with organizations that support diverse and small suppliers.

Our Commitment:

  1. Inclusivity and Diversity: We are dedicated to promoting inclusivity and diversity within our supply chain. We believe a diverse supplier base not only reflects the communities we serve but also fosters innovation, provides a broader range of perspectives, and promotes more expansive economic participation and opportunities.
  2. Equal Opportunity: We are committed to providing equal opportunities to all suppliers, regardless of their size, ownership, or background. We aim to increase participation of small and underrepresented groups in the supply chain, including but not limited to minority, women, LGBTQ+, veteran, disabled-owned business enterprises, and small business enterprises.
  3. Transparency: We will strive for transparency in our supplier diversity efforts. While we may be at the beginning of our journey, we will set goals and regularly report on our progress toward achieving a more diverse supplier base.
  4. Education and Training: We will provide training and resources to our employees involved in the procurement process to ensure they understand the value of supplier diversity and are equipped to engage with diverse suppliers effectively.
  5. Development Support: Recognizing that some diverse suppliers may be smaller or less established, we will work to support their growth and development where possible. This may include mentoring, capacity-building initiatives, and partnership opportunities.
  6. Community Engagement: We will engage with our local communities and diverse supplier networks to identify potential partners.
  7. Accountability: The responsibility for implementing this policy rests with executive leadership and all employees who are involved in the procurement process. We will establish clear guidelines, monitor our progress, and continually strive for improvement in our supplier diversity efforts. This policy statement will be reviewed regularly to ensure that we stay true to our commitment to supplier diversity.

At Servicon, we believe that supplier diversity is not only the right thing to do but also makes good business sense. We look forward to working with a variety of suppliers who reflect the rich tapestry of our society and contribute to our collective success.

This policy statement is endorsed by Servicon’s executive leadership.
