At Servicon, we believe leadership is about more than operational excellence; it’s about doing what’s right. Each year, our Impact Report offers us a moment to reflect on the values that guide us and the progress we’ve made for our people, our clients, our communities, and our planet.
I’m proud to share our 2024 Impact Report, which highlights the strides we’ve made in our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts over the past year and the values that continue to guide us forward.
This report isn’t just a scorecard. It’s a story of intentionality. Every data point and milestone reflects countless hours of collaboration, investment, and determination across all levels of our organization. From the frontline to the boardroom, we are united by a culture of care.
Investing in People First
The heart of Servicon has always been our people. In 2024, Servicon employees completed more than 12,500 hours of training, including hands-on instruction, in-service sessions, and virtual learning through our dedicated Learning Management System, equipping team members with the tools and knowledge to grow and thrive. We continued to prioritize internal mobility, equipping team members with the skills and career pathways to grow within the organization.
We strengthened our benefits offerings, prioritized health and safety programs, and deepened our commitment to Culture & Belonging, our company-wide initiative focused on fairness, inclusion, and mutual respect. When our people are empowered, everyone benefits.
Deepening Our Community Commitment
Our ServiconCares initiative continued its reach this year. We contributed over $450,000 through direct donations and in-kind support via ServiconCares, our philanthropic arm dedicated to uplifting grassroots organizations. To our partner organizations across the communities we serve. From youth programming to food access, we are committed to showing up where we’re needed most.
Pushing Toward a Greener Future
As environmental stewards, we took bold steps to reduce our impact. In 2024, 84% of the vehicles we purchased were electric or hybrid, advancing our goal of transitioning 75% of our fleet by 2030. Today, 92% of our cleaning services use reusable microfiber technology, providing a safer, more sustainable alternative to paper products. This work continues, but our direction is clear and deeply aligned with the sustainability goals of our partners.
A Shared Responsibility
We understand that real impact comes from shared purpose. Our clients, industry partners, and communities all play a critical role in this work. The choices we make today—not just about how we operate, but how we lead—help shape a more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable future.
I invite you to read the full report, reflect on our collective progress, and continue partnering with us in building a future grounded in care, accountability, and positive impact.
Together, we’re not just delivering services. We’re delivering change.
