  • Regular Assessment: We will regularly assess our DEIB initiatives to ensure they remain effective, and we will make necessary adjustments to continually improve our workplace culture.
  • Community and Customer Engagement: We will partner with our local community and customers to promote this policy, seeking opportunities to support initiatives that align with our values.
  • Board Commitment and Oversight: Our Board of Directors is committed to ensuring our organization adheres to this policy and its values. The Board will provide oversight and monitor DEIB goals and results, based on tracking measurable data.

Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging is everyone’s responsibility across our organization. We all play a critical role in creating an inclusive environment and respecting the dignity and diversity of all people.
