(October 15, 2024) – Today, Servicon is honored to announce that Juan Campos, an assistant portfolio manager in the company’s aerospace sector, has been named to ISSA’s inaugural 2024 Emerging Leaders Class. This recognition from ISSA, the world’s leading trade association for the cleaning, hygiene, and facility management industry, highlights Juan’s exceptional leadership, dedication to customer service and commitment to operational excellence, and is proof of his commitment to excellence.
The ISSA Emerging Leaders Award celebrates outstanding young professionals in the cleaning industry who demonstrate exemplary leadership, innovation, and dedication to bettering the industry. Being named to this inaugural class is a testament to Juan’s rapid rise through the ranks at Servicon and the high regard in which he is held by both his peers, mentees and the broader industry.
Juan Campos has quickly distinguished himself as a rising star at Servicon with his creative problem-solving, elite level of customer service, and relentless focus on operational excellence. His innovative approach to streamlining processes, integrating new cleaning technologies and proactively anticipating client needs has strengthened Servicon’s reputation for excellence in the highly demanding aerospace field.

In addition to his professional achievements, Juan has shown leadership during critical moments, such as the height of the COVID-19 pandemic when he maintained operational excellence at a key aerospace facility threatened by mass staff callouts due to illness. While an operations manager at the time, Juan was able to leverage his knowledge of the facility’s unique requirements, reassign tasks strategically and keep the facility from being forced to shut down during a time of heightened concern and demand.
Beyond his work at Servicon, Juan is deeply committed to his community. He is an active participant in ServiconCares initiatives and regularly is among the first to volunteer in local charitable efforts. He also consistently does community service work on weekends, demonstrating these values to his young family.
