Her background includes key roles at major healthcare institutions such as Providence and Adventist Health, as well as a notable tenure as Senior Director for Environmental Services (EVS), Linen, and Transportation with Sodexo. Carlie’s expertise lies in developing cost-saving initiatives and implementing effective infection prevention strategies, skills that have proven invaluable in her role at Servicon.
Since joining Servicon, Carlie has been instrumental in overseeing multiple healthcare locations, ranging from acute care hospitals to outpatient clinics and specialized centers such as psychiatric and rehabilitation hospitals. Her commitment to excellence has not only improved operational efficiencies but also fostered a culture of collaboration and innovation within her teams.
