The Role
The Part-Time Temporary Benefits Administrator provides ongoing support to the Union Health and Welfare process.
What You Will Do
- Review hours credits applicable to member benefit calculations
- Determine eligibility and apply coverage subsidies to each member account
- Review and audit member payments with the Union Trust
- Extract and process member payments, hire information, contact information, and terminations in the Union Trust administrators web site
- Finalize payment of member subsidies by coordinating payment with the Union Trust entities and the Company’s Accounts Payable department
- Support and process any enrollment requests with the Union enrollment department
- Manage debits and credits
- Provide ongoing support in the administration of Union benefit programs
- Coordinate with internal departments in creating rosters, cost estimates, and in resolving billing and calculation issues

- Hours: up to 30 hours per week
- Between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, but flexible until 5:00 PM
