The Role

Servicon is seeking a seasoned and talented Sr. HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources Department.  Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, your primary responsibility will be to provide full HRIS support, including participation in implementation, configuration, report writing, integration design and management, security administration, upgrade planning and testing, policy integration, and comprehensive analysis of HR Data.  The role engages closely with various departments and stakeholders across the organization, including Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, Operations, and IT.  As our in-house HRIS expert, this position provides the business with meaningful metrics, reporting and predictive analytics for key strategic issues related to labor and workforce management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Serve as the system administrator and subject matter expert (SME) for UKG our current HRIS platform.
  • In collaboration, analyze business needs and the impact of proposed configuration changes and make recommendations to leadership
  • Understand the Company’s strategic and operating plans as they relate to management of the workforce
  • Audit system data and work with HR, Payroll and Operations as necessary to maintain data integrity
  • Provide necessary compliance reports
  • Liaise between Operations, HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure systems are meeting or exceeding business requirements
  • Communicate analyses and insights to leaders by summarizing conclusions, translating analytics into clear, understandable themes, and identify analytics that drive actionable insights
  • Ensure labor standards are kept current and reflect changes and process improvements
  • Participate in or lead implementation, optimization, and maintenance of HR systems, collaborating closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and vendors.
  • Develop, configure, and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to provide key data and business insights.
  • Assist with opportunities for process automation and optimization to drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across integrated applications through analysis, clear documentation, and swift resolution of any issues.
  • Solicit end user community to ensure system provides appropriate solutions
  • Can draw conclusions and make recommendations from large and/or incomplete data sets
  • Assist with Job Description completion and maintain the Job Description database.
  • Other responsibilities as identified and assigned

What It Takes to be Successful

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years’ HRIS/HCM administration / workforce management experience
  • Certification or training in HRIS/HCM is highly desirable, UKG preferred.
  • Prior systems implementation experience preferred
  • Proven hands-on experience in business requirements gathering and solution delivery
  • A strong technical background with HR, recruitment, payroll, and collaboration tools (UKG preferred)
  • Strong aptitude with MS Office tools, especially advanced Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to articulate technical concepts and establish effective working relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest HRIS advancements.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability; a willingness to work with others to find solutions
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and utilize independent judgment
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
