The Role

As a member of the Flooring Division team, Installers utilize equipment such as grinders and shot blasters as well as hand drills, saws or other tools to strip or install floors.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Upon completion of job assessment, identify and assemble necessary equipment and products.

Manage the application of epoxy and other resinous products including mixing and application by roller, squeegee or other device.

Handle quartz, flake or other broadcast media.

Clean surfaces with brooms, industrial vacuums and or pressure washers as required.

Assist in the movement and cleanup of equipment, materials and other devices used in the preparation and application of products.

Thoroughly inspect completed jobs ensuring adherence to job specs. Complete necessary corrections aligned with job specs or guidance from Installation management team.

Utilize safety equipment to restrict work area. Comply with safety rules, wear protective equipment as required or necessary.

Manage clean up of work area or job site for final delivery or access to client.

What It Takes to be Successful

Must be a U.S. Citizen 

At least 1-2 years experience installing floors with commercial grade products and equipment.
Demonstrated knowledge of flooring product application methods.
Ability to lift various heavy objects, that may occasionally exceed 50 lbs.
Safe operation of motorized equipment or vehicles to complete job, deliver products, and stage equipment at job site.
